When will Yolka VPN be available?
Yolka VPN is being prepared for release on the App Store and Google Play. Availability will be announced on this page.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone, Mac and Android. One account can be used on up to three devices at a time.
How does the free trial work?
Each new account gets one free 24-hour trial, starting when you verify the account. You don’t need to enter payment details, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Cancel in the store you bought it from: your Apple account’s subscription settings or Google Play. Deleting your Yolka account does not cancel a store subscription. See Support for details.
What information does Yolka VPN process?
Only what is needed to run your account and route your connection. Our privacy policy explains what is processed, why, and how long it is kept.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Choose Account → Delete account in the app, or follow the steps on our Support page if you can no longer sign in.
