Using Yolka VPN
Yolka operates Yolka VPN, a VPN service for Android, iOS and macOS. An account with a valid trial or subscription gives access to the locations available in the app. Yolka VPN supports subscriptions issued by our service; it does not import third-party VPN links or subscriptions.
One subscription supports up to three registered devices. You can manage devices from your account. Keep your account credentials private and remove access from devices you no longer control.
Connection speed and availability depend on your network, device, selected server and destination. Maintenance, network restrictions or service failures may interrupt access. These terms do not promise a particular speed, continuous availability or a service-level guarantee.
Plans and the free trial
A new verified account receives one free trial lasting 24 hours. The account trial ends automatically and does not charge you or automatically start a paid subscription. Deleting and recreating an account does not create another trial.

The six-month and annual prices are charged for the full term, not in monthly installments. The store’s localized checkout shows the actual price, currency, billing period and applicable taxes before you confirm. That checkout controls the purchase; the USD figures above are reference prices.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed by the App Store or Google Play. After you confirm a purchase, the store charges for the selected term and renews it unless you cancel under that store’s subscription rules. Review the renewal details presented at checkout.
Manage or cancel renewal in the same store account that made the purchase. Cancellation normally keeps paid access until the current term ends, subject to the store’s verified status, refunds and any applicable consumer rights. A billing hold, refund or revoked purchase can change access.
Deleting Yolka VPN, signing out or deleting your Yolka account does not cancel store billing. Cancellation and account deletion are separate choices. Avoid purchasing a second subscription in another store for the same account.
Refund requests are handled under the billing store’s process and applicable consumer law. These terms do not remove any statutory refund or other consumer right. See Apple subscription cancellation, Apple refund requests, Google Play subscription management and Google Play refund policies.
Responsible use
Use Yolka VPN lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not use the service for unauthorized access, malware distribution, fraud, harassment, spam, attacks on other systems or interference with the service. Do not resell account access or attempt to bypass the device or subscription limits.
Access may be restricted when an entitlement expires, a device is removed, or use threatens the service or violates these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is an error.
A VPN is not a promise of anonymity or a substitute for secure device and account practices. The privacy notice explains the information processed to provide the service.

For an app downloaded from Apple, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless a different applicable license is specified in the store. Store purchase terms also apply.
Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
